Did you know that there is an outbreak of parvovirus in the Edmonton area?  Parvovirus can be brought into your yard on the bottom of your shoes.  The virus lives for a very long time in the environment contaminated by the feces of an infected dog.  Parvovirus attacks the lining of the digestive tract and is fatal in over 70% of untreated dogs.  Please ensure that your best friend is up to date with their vaccinations.
